It is imperative
to truly understanding the maintenance expenditures, that
Rodgers Home Enhancements be allowed to do a property condition
analysis to determine the condition of the property and the
status of the different elements of the building.
As property
owners ourselves, we believe in this all important first step.
One cannot find the best solution until one understands the
totality of the problem. RHE can do
this for you at no cost.
A report will be generated detailing
the condition of the walls, floors, plumbing, electrical,
mechanical, etc.
From that report, we can construct a
rehab/maintenance program.
It is this report and the adherence to
the program that allows us to “perform” for the client.
We only contract with owner/managers
who understand this maintenance philosophy and will work with us
to establish and adhere to a rehab/maintenance program that
allows us deliver the service and the savings. |
